Yes. Send the available sketch, application, material idea and estimated quantity. We can discuss feasibility and missing inputs, but a firm quote requires an agreed manufacturing scope.

A mold company normally reviews the finished component or tooling scope, while a heat-treatment supplier focuses on achieving agreed material properties. Dongte can review machining and heat treatment as one project when the drawing and process requirements fit our scope.

Yes, subject to drawing review. A confirmed project may combine material preparation, turning, milling, grinding, heat treatment and final inspection for mold components, spares and other build-to-print parts.

Common inquiries include SKD11, D2, Cr12MoV, CR12, CR8, P20, SKH51 and 45 steel. Similar names are not automatically equivalent, so please state the governing standard, exact grade and supply condition whenever possible.

The stated scope includes quenching, tempering, normalizing, annealing and carburizing using vacuum, box or pit furnace routes where appropriate. The proposed route depends on grade, geometry, section size, target properties and distortion allowance.

No reliable project target can be set from a grade name alone. The required range, test location, test method, section size and service conditions should be agreed before production.

Lead time depends on drawing complexity, material availability, quantity, process route, inspection scope and any required clarification. We provide an estimated schedule after engineering review and confirm it in the quotation.

Documentation is supplied by agreement. State whether you need items such as a dimensional report, material certificate, hardness record or process record in the RFQ so availability, format and scope can be confirmed before the order.

Production should follow the approved drawing revision and agreed inspection criteria. Critical dimensions, sampling or full inspection, test methods and any change-approval requirement should be settled during quotation or order confirmation.

Yes, international inquiries can be reviewed. Delivery destination, packaging, commercial terms, shipment responsibilities and required documents are confirmed for the specific quotation before an order is accepted.
