Agree quality requirements before production
During technical review, we align the drawing and specifications, material and heat treatment, the inspection plan, and whether first-article or pre-production approval is needed. In-process checks, final inspection and shipment documents follow the project agreement.
Send the latest drawing with the RFQ and mark critical characteristics and acceptance requirements.
Before Production
Agree four points in writing
Record them in the quotation, order or another project document accepted by both sides to avoid mismatched revisions, acceptance scope or document requirements.

Drawing and specifications
Check the drawing and model revisions, units, critical dimensions, tolerances, surface requirements and other technical notes. Clarify any 2D and 3D conflict in writing before production.

Material and heat treatment
Agree the material grade and supplied condition, heat-treatment process, target hardness, test locations and record requirements.
- 03
Inspection plan
Agree the characteristics, measurement methods, sampling or 100% inspection scope, frequency, acceptance criteria and required reports.

First-article or pre-production approval
Where needed, define the first-article or sample inspection scope, photos or measurement records, approval point, and whether written approval is required before batch production continues.
Production and Shipment
Checks and records at three stages
The order defines what is checked, what is recorded and how records are delivered at each stage. Document packages vary by project.
- 01
In-process checks
Check relevant requirements at the agreed machining or heat-treatment points. Record agreed results or confirmation photos when the project requires them.
- 02
Final inspection
Check the applicable dimensions, geometry, appearance, surface and hardness items in the agreed inspection plan. Sampling or 100% inspection follows the order.
- 03
Shipment review
Check quantity, part identification, packaging and agreed documents. The content and delivery method for photos, measurement records or document copies are confirmed for the project.

State which records or documents you need, including content, language, template and delivery method. Available items and formats are confirmed in the quotation or order after technical review.
